Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Policies 4WisePlant is an organization committed to social development, and we make an active and voluntary contribution to social, economic, and environmental improvement. Our corporate social responsibility goes beyond compliance with laws and regulations, assuming their respect and strict compliance. In the decision-making process, we value the impact of our actions on communities, workers and the environment and incorporate their interests into our processes and results.

Ethics in value creation with Safety and Quality

Corporate Policies 5The search for value with safety and quality is our main ethical commitment. We are absolutely convinced that the ethics of the company are totally linked to what is created, produced, and achieved. Safety and quality are intrinsic values of everything we do. When we refer to security in general terms, we refer to both the safety of people and the safety of assets, environmental security, and information security. On the other hand, we conceive of quality in a profound way, encompassing a careful and attentive vision of the whole and the details, both in the things we do and in the relationships we develop.

Quality Policy

Corporate Policies 6From WiseGroup we are extremely committed to the quality of all our services and commercial and technical executions. For this reason, we have implemented a Total Quality Management System that is comprehensive and transversal throughout the organization. WiseGroup’s management system is integral to the management of the organization and not only to quality management but also to the management of information security and the implementation of all its policies.

ZERO OVERHEAD: We have incorporated the Integral Quality Management in such a way that the Management System itself is a work tool and this is used naturally in which we implement the philosophy of “Quality Control Based on Activity” and “Quality by Design”. Avoiding at all times the creation of general expenses to the organization.
