Information Security Policy
We uphold Industrial Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure standards. Additionally, we comply with international laws. These commitments necessitate the restriction of access to information that could potentially be exploited for social engineering purposes. We also have stipulations that limit access to confidential documents. These are supplied via our websites to customers, strategic partners, integrators, or suppliers. This is due to a business, contractual or service relationship. → Security of Information

Their interests are integrated into our procedures and outcomes. → Corporate Social Responsibility
Ethics in value creation with Safety and Quality
The search for value with safety and quality is our main ethical commitment. We firmly believe in the integral role of company ethics. They are inherently tied to what is conceived, manufactured, and accomplished. Safety and quality are intrinsic values of everything we do. When we discuss security in broad terms, it encompasses various aspects. It not only includes the safety of people and assets but also extends to environmental and information security. Conversely, our interpretation of quality is deep-seated and includes a meticulous observation of the whole and its details. This applies to both our actions and the relationships we cultivate. → Code of Ethics
Quality Policy
From WiseGroup we are extremely committed to the quality of all our services and commercial and technical executions. For this reason, we have implemented a Total Quality Management System that is comprehensive and transversal throughout the organization. The management system of WiseGroup is essential to the organization’s overall administration. Not only does it apply to quality management, but it also extends to the control of information security. Furthermore, it ensures the successful implementation of all company policies.
ZERO OVERHEAD: We’ve effectively integrated Integral Quality Management. As such, the Management System itself has become a functional work tool. It’s utilized organically in our operations. This is where we actualize the philosophy of ‘Activity-Based Quality Control’. Similarly, we also adopt the concept of ‘Quality by Design’. Avoiding at all times the creation of general expenses to the organization.
