These policies mandate, specifies, or prohibits conduct to enhance the institution’s mission, ensure coordinated compliance with applicable laws and regulations, promote operational efficiency, and/or reduce institutional risk.

The policies are specific, relevant, and applicable to the target audience written in plain English and understandable language so that they are easy to read and understand in line with the latest laws and rules.

Each policy is approved by the Legal Department, the departments it affects, and, ideally, senior management and even the Board of Directors.
